Yes. Self-hosted and hosted run the same software with the same features. Self-hosted runs under a licence key from your account; hosted runs on an instance we manage for you.
GBP, USD and EUR. Pick one at checkout and you are invoiced in it. VAT or sales tax is added based on your billing address.
By card through Stripe, monthly or annually. Invoices appear in your account, and the billing portal lets you update your card and details.
