Tenvara vs the tools you use today
Most MSPs run a PSA, an RMM, a remote access tool, a backup product, a documentation platform and a handful of add-ons, each with its own bill and login. Here is how Tenvara compares with 56 of them, one honest page per tool, including where the other product may suit you better.

Replace your whole stack
A dozen logins, or one.
Swapping one tool for another rarely changes much. Swapping the stack does: one agent on every machine, one customer record, one alert list and one subscription.

About these comparisons
From each vendor's own website and documentation, checked in September 2026, and from Tenvara's knowledge base. Every page lists its sources. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it.
Because it is. Where Tenvara does part of a tool's job and not the rest, the page says which part, so you can decide whether to keep the other tool for what Tenvara does not do.
Not automatically today. The sales catalogue can be imported from CSV; customers, contacts and documentation are set up in Tenvara, and devices appear as the agent is installed. Most MSPs run both side by side for a few weeks.
No. Each part of Tenvara is a module you can switch on when you are ready, so you can start with one job, such as the service desk or backup, and move the rest over later.
