Printix is a cloud print management service that removes print servers, puts print queues and drivers on computers and adds secure release and usage reports. Many MSPs use it mainly to get the right printers onto the right machines. Tenvara does that part through the agent you already deploy, and watches each printer for status and toner, but it does not manage print jobs.

Deploy the agent alongside
Install the Tenvara agent on each computer. It carries the printers module, so there is nothing extra to deploy.

Find and add printers
There is no import from Printix. Run a discovery from a device at each site, or add printers by hand.

Upload drivers and set the mapping
Upload the manufacturer universal drivers and map printer models to them, so each printer gets the right driver.

Deploy, then remove the old queues
Deploy printers to a site or group. Tenvara leaves printers it did not add alone, so remove the Printix queues from a device before its Tenvara printers of the same name install.
